ARTICLE I: CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP AND CONSENT TO AI DATA PROCESSING

These Terms of Service constitute a valid, legally binding agreement between you and the Platform operator. By checking the agreement box prior to workspace access or feature execution, you convey your informed, affirmative assent to these Terms and explicitly consent to the data processing of your submitted inputs by our secure Third-Party AI Data Processors (including AICREDITS) solely to generate automated real-time responses. Data sent to AICREDITS and underlying model providers is subject to those providers' applicable processing and retention practices. If you do not agree to these terms, do not check the box and do not utilize the workspace.

ARTICLE II: ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS (18+)

The Platform is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By checking the verification checkbox, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users are strictly prohibited from lying about their age to gain access to the platform. If we discover or reasonably verify that an account has been created by an individual under 18 who misrepresented their age, we may immediately suspend or terminate access.

ARTICLE III: FEATURE CREDIT CONSUMPTION BREAKDOWN & PRICING TIERS

The Platform operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go credit wallet system. New registered accounts receive fifty (50) complimentary starting credits upon initial profile creation. Additional paid credit pack checkout is currently paused/deferred during infrastructure upgrades; when payment gateway checkout resumes, users will be able to acquire credit bundles through integrated secure gateways. Credits never expire. Prices are displayed in USD (or local currency equivalent at checkout).

Section 3.1: Credit Pack Bundle Tiers (Pricing Schedule):

Starter Pack ($4.99): 250 Credits (Equivalent to 25 Elite Chat Generations or 125 Practice Partner message turns).
Pro Pack ($9.99): 600 Credits (Equivalent to 60 Elite Chat Generations or 300 Practice Partner message turns).
Elite Pack ($19.99): 3000 Credits (Equivalent to 300 Elite Chat Generations or 1500 Practice Partner message turns).

Section 3.2: Precise Feature Credit Deductions: Each workspace tool consumes credits from your account balance upon execution as follows:

Screenshot Analyzer (/api/analyze): Consumes 10 Credits per request (Generates 10 tailored reply strategy options).
Icebreaker Generator (/api/icebreaker): Consumes 10 Credits per request (Generates 10 opener options).
Profile Bio Optimizer (/api/optimize): Consumes 10 Credits per request (Generates 10 optimized multi-line dating bios).
Practice Partner & Coach Maeve (/api/chat): Consumes 2 Credits per conversational text turn reply.

Section 3.3: Credit Use and Refund Rules: Credits consumed for completed AI generations are non-refundable due to immediate server computation expenditure. Unused credit balances are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or under verified technical payment crediting failures.

Section 3.4: Verified Refund Scenarios: Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Duplicate charges caused by payment gateway processing glitches.
Verified technical failures where a payment was debited but credits failed to add to your user wallet balance prior to credit consumption.

ARTICLE IV: CONTENT UPLOAD AUTHORIZATION & SCREENSHOT PRIVACY

Section 4.1: Screenshot Handling & Retention: Chat screenshots uploaded to the Screenshot Analyzer are processed in browser memory and transmitted over secure TLS connections to our Third-Party AI processor (AICREDITS) for optical text extraction and conversational analysis. Uploaded screenshots are not stored in our application database or server-side persistent storage. They may remain temporarily in your browser session until cleared, replaced, or the session is reset. Data sent to AICREDITS and underlying model providers is subject to applicable provider processing and retention practices.

Section 4.2: User Content Rights & Authorization Warranty: If you upload screenshots, chat dialogue logs, or profile notes involving third parties, you represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, authorization, and legal consent to submit such content for automated AI analysis. You are strictly forbidden from uploading unauthorized, non-consensual private or confidential media.

ARTICLE V: AI DISCLAIMER & USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACTIONS

Section 5.1: AI Output & Error Disclaimer: The system functions as an automated text design helper workspace. Any AI-generated reply cards, openers, profile bios, or coach recommendations are provided for guidance, practice, and entertainment only. AI models may contain inaccuracies, errors, or non-ideal suggestions.

Section 5.2: User Sole Responsibility: You remain 100% solely responsible for your own communications, choices, dating decisions, and real-world actions. The Platform operator assumes no responsibility or liability for real-world interpersonal outcomes, messaging results, or human interactions.

ARTICLE VI: PROHIBITED USES AND ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to use the Platform or generated text output to facilitate harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, impersonation, fraud, stalking, coercion, or attempts to deceive individuals for unlawful purposes. Uploading malware, running automated scraping bots, or abusing AI infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE VII: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. We hold no affiliation or partnership with any third-party messaging platform (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, Instagram). Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the preceding thirty (30) days.

ARTICLE VIII: THIRD-PARTY AI INFRASTRUCTURE & OUTPUT DISCLAIMER

Section 8.1: Third-Party AI Vendors: Core features of this Application—including practice coaching, bio generation, icebreaker suggestions, and screenshot analysis—rely on third-party AI infrastructure providers, including AICREDITS (aicredits.in). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that your inputs are processed through third-party AI models.

Section 8.2: Accuracy & Disclaimer of Output: AI-generated advice, icebreakers, bios, and chat analyses are provided for entertainment, practice, and personal development purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, effectiveness, or real-world outcome of any AI-generated response. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before using or sharing it.

Section 8.3: Service Availability: We are not liable for any temporary feature disruptions, latency, or outages caused by third-party AI vendor downtime, system maintenance, or API rate limits.

ARTICLE IX: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having authority over Churu, Rajasthan, India.

ARTICLE X: LEGAL IDENTITY AND ADMINISTRATION
